Returns, Exchanges and Refund Policy

Dar Alharer Alabyad is committed to clearly communicating its returns and exchange policy before an order is confirmed, in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Dar Alharer Alabyad is a brand owned and operated by Tarvi Collective Company, Commercial Registration No. 7021588400.

1. Nature of Dar Alharer Alabyad Products

Dar Alharer Alabyad offers dresses and designs that are prepared, altered, customized, or tailored for each customer according to her request, measurements, and selections before delivery.

Customization may include, without limitation:

• Size alterations

• Shortening or adjusting the length of a dress

• Alterations to the bust, waist, or sleeves

• Fit or silhouette adjustments

• Adding or modifying certain design details

• Selecting or changing colors, fabrics, or embroidery

• Producing a custom or made-to-order dress

• Any other alteration carried out according to the customer's measurements, preferences, or specifications

Once the order has been approved and any customization, alteration, or tailoring work has begun, the product becomes customized specifically for that customer and may no longer be suitable for sale to another customer in its original condition.

2. Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of our products and because they are altered or customized according to each customer's measurements and specifications, products for which customization, alteration, or manufacturing has begun at the customer's request:

Are not eligible for return or exchange due to a change of mind or a decision not to keep the product after the order has been confirmed and customization or alteration has begun.

This includes orders where:

• The customer's measurements have been taken or approved

• Requested alterations have been approved

• Sewing, tailoring, fitting, or alteration work has begun

• Special materials have been purchased or prepared for the order

• The product has been made according to a design, color, or specification selected by the customer

This is without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights provided under the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

3. Ready-Made Products That Have Been Altered

Even where a dress is originally part of our ready-made collection, once alteration work begins according to the customer's measurements or requests, it becomes a customized product prepared specifically for that customer.

Accordingly, such products are not eligible for return or exchange after customer-specific alterations have begun, except where a defect or material non-conformity exists as described in this Policy.

4. Cases Where the Customer May Request a Remedy

Nothing in this Policy limits the customer's statutory rights where:

• The product is defective

• An error in execution was made by Dar Alharer Alabyad

• The product materially differs from the specifications agreed and approved by the customer

• An agreed alteration documented as part of the order was not performed

• Any other circumstance exists in which applicable law provides the customer with a mandatory right

In such cases, Dar Alharer Alabyad will review the product, the confirmed order details, and the approved specifications in order to determine the appropriate remedy.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, the remedy may include:

• Repairing or correcting the defect

• Re-performing an alteration

• Replacing the product where appropriate and feasible

• Refunding the amount where legally required

5. Color and Appearance Differences

We make reasonable efforts to display the colors, fabrics, materials, and design details as accurately as possible.

However, colors or appearance may vary slightly due to:

• Screen settings

• Photography lighting

• Natural lighting

• The nature of the fabric or material

• Embroidery and light reflection

Minor differences caused by these factors are not considered defects unless there is a material difference from the color, fabric, or specifications agreed with the customer.

6. Measurements and Fittings

Dar Alharer Alabyad carries out alterations based on the measurements provided or approved for the customer.

The customer is responsible for:

• Providing accurate measurement-related information when required

• Attending agreed fitting appointments

• Informing the boutique of any significant change in measurements sufficiently in advance of delivery

Changes to the customer's body or measurements after measurements have been taken or after the final fitting are not considered product defects or errors in workmanship.

Additional alterations resulting from changes in measurements after approval may be subject to additional charges depending on the work required.

7. Approval of Designs and Alterations

The customer's approval of a design, fabric, color, measurements, or alterations through any of the following channels forms part of the approved order details:

• Contract

• Invoice

• WhatsApp

• Email

• Fitting

• Any other official communication channel approved by Dar Alharer Alabyad

A change of mind after approval and commencement of work does not constitute grounds for return or refund.

Any new alteration requested after approval may be carried out if technically feasible and may be subject to additional fees and an extended completion period.

8. Cancellation Before Customization Begins

If the customer wishes to cancel an order before tailoring, alteration, customization, or the purchase of customer-specific materials has begun, the cancellation request will be reviewed based on the status of the order, the agreement with the customer, and applicable law.

Once customer-specific work has begun, the provisions relating to customized and made-to-order products set out in this Policy will apply.

9. Deposits and Payments

Deposits and payments are subject to the details of the order, contract, invoice, and the stage reached in production or customization.

Where cancellation is requested after work has begun, materials have been purchased, or the product has been customized for the customer, any amounts paid will be handled according to:

• The nature of the order

• Work already completed

• Materials specifically purchased

• Applicable Saudi laws and regulations

Nothing in this Policy will be interpreted as depriving the customer of any mandatory financial right granted under applicable law.

10. Product Inspection Upon Collection or Delivery

We recommend that customers inspect the dress upon collection or delivery and confirm:

• The design

• The fit

• The agreed alterations

• The condition of the product

• Any accessories, where applicable

If there is any issue or concern, the customer should notify our team as soon as reasonably possible so that the matter can be reviewed and addressed.

Collection or receipt of the product does not, by itself, waive any mandatory consumer right provided by applicable law.

11. Products Used or Damaged After Delivery

Dar Alharer Alabyad is not responsible for damage occurring after delivery as a result of:

• Improper use

• Improper storage

• Incorrect washing or cleaning

• Alterations performed by a third party

• Exposure to liquids, substances, heat, or external damage

• Damage resulting from use after delivery

Any claim will be assessed based on the condition of the product and the cause of the damage.

12. Refunds

Where a refund is legally due or has been approved by Dar Alharer Alabyad, the refund will be processed using the available and appropriate payment method in accordance with applicable requirements and the procedures of the relevant payment provider.

The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment service provider after the refund has been processed by us.

13. Applicable Law

This Policy has been prepared in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

If any provision of this Policy conflicts with a mandatory consumer right under applicable law, the mandatory legal provision will prevail.
